The "Arrows" program is a three month pre-military discipleship program to strengthen and build the faith of the messianic young men and women by developing personal and spiritual disciplines, growing in their understanding and identity in Yeshua, acquiring skills and tools for godly living, and preparing them for their military service.
The duration of the program is approximately three months
During which the participants will undergo a spiritual, personal and group process.
Spiritually - they will study Scriptures together, learn and be strengthened in their faith and identity in Yeshua and in the community.
On a personal level - the participants will establish their personal identity in Yeshua, strengthen their leadership skills, develop helthy habits, values, and useful tools according to the word of God for an abundant life in Yeshua, as well as develop personal life goals that will help them stand firm and resilient under the pressures and challenges during their military service.
At the team level - participants will acquire the skills to collaborate effectively, foster interpersonal connections, and execute team oriented tasks, responsibilities, and challenges. These experiences will equip them with essential communication, relational, and social competencies that will serve them well throughout their lives and in their service.
During the program, the students will participate in various activities:
Trips and toursthrough the Land of Israel
Personal projects and group workshops
Volunteer days and group formation
Theoretical and theological lessons on a variety of topics
