The "Arrows" program is a pre-military discipleship program that aims to strengthen and build the faith of the messianic youth, by acquiring useful habits and tools for their military service.
The duration of the program is approximately three months
During which the trainees will undergo a spiritual, personal and group process.

Spiritually - we will study the Scriptures together, learn and be strengthened in our faith and identity in Christ and in the community.
On a personal level - trainees will establish their personal identity in Christ, strengthen their leadership skills, develop habits, values, and useful tools according to the Holy Scriptures for an abundant life in Christ, as well as develop personal habits that will help you stand firm and strong under the pressures and challenges during military service, and in general.
At the team level - the trainees will learn to work together, form a group, and undertake group tasks and challenges that will prepare them for military service and life.
During the program, the students will participate in various activities:
Trips and toursthrough the Land of Israel
Personal projects and group workshops
Volunteer days and group formation
Theoretical and theological lessons on a variety of topics
