Young Servants (E'tz)
Throughout the year Netivah holds a program called "Young Servants" for teenagers in grades 10-12 who wish to engage in serving and training within the community and body of Messiah in Israel.
The program encourages and trains the youth to support and strengthen the local community, by acts of service and availability under the authority and guidance of the youth leaders and leadership in the congregations.
The program is built on both social and spiritual content - giving the youth practical tools for life and service in the world they live in.
During the program, participants will participate in various activities:
Volunteering and training simulations
Personal and group processing through scriptures
Training and service skills
Imparting leadership skills
Participation is only possible through the recommendation of a youth leader
